YEREVAN, Dec. 4 (ArmenPress) - The Armenian government has prepared a set of measures calling for improvement of public facilities, particularly, the network of highways and roads, especially those leading to historical and cultural monuments, providing them with necessary road signs. The lounges in the Zvartnots airport are also slated for improvement before the official kickoff of the celebrations devoted to the 1700th anniversary of the proclamation of Christianity as Armenia's state religion, the deputy chairman of the commission in charge of the celebrations Khosrov Harutunian told Armenpress.

Armenian authorities say an influx of tourists, chiefly Armenians from the Diaspora, is expected next year to attend the celebrations.
