Virginia Apelian Recognized for Service to Juvenile Conference Committee

CLARK, NJ - On November 28, 2000, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Union County - Family Court Division, held a "Volunteer Recognition Banquet" at the Kenilworth Inn, NJ.
Mrs. Virginia Apelian was recognized and awarded a certificate for her consecutive 10-year service to the Juvenile Conference Committee, helping youths who get in trouble. She has chaired this committee for many years.
The award was presented to Mrs. Apelian by Honorable Edward W. Beglin, Jr., Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mrs. Apelian has been a prominent civic leader and volunteer for numerous years and causes.
She lives in Clark with her husband, Henry M. Apelian of Schering Plough Corp. They have four children and six grandchildren.
