NEW MILFORD, NJ - As the holidays approach, we look forward to sharing the peace and happiness of the "real" first year of the new millennium. As always, we think of good times with family and friends, and hope for the best in the year to come.

At this time, we also think about being ready to celebrate Christmas and the New Year. For the Armenian community in New Jersey, a good opportunity to do that is to pay a visit to the Holiday Boutique, traditionally held at the Hovnanian Armenian School. As usual, the Boutique is sponsored by the Friends Committee of the only Armenian day school in New Jersey.

The Boutique will open on Thursday, December 7, 2000, from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The traditional food sale will include all sorts of specially prepared Armenian delicacies and gourmet foods. The visitors will also have the chance to browse and purchase a variety of gifts and holiday items. The proceeds will benefit the Hovnanian School, located at 817 River Road, New Milford, New Jersey.
