YEREVAN (ArmenPress) - The Armenian Folk Dance Ensemble left on Sunday, Nov. 26 for Istanbul, Turkey, upon the invitation of the local Armenian community.

The Armenian dancers gave two concerts on December 1-2 at Istanbul Central Cultural Palace. The performance by the Armenian dancers received wide coverage in the Turkish press.

The tour of the Armenian dancers was organized by Turkish Armenian activist Dikran Altun.
